injection molding apparatus, compact in design for bench
mounting
with a very small foot print. Based on extremely low cost
tooling to produce a very wide
variety of laboratory test samples, and with a unique
cylinder / die extraction system to
eliminate purging when changing from one color or material
to another. Supplied as
standard with a cylinder polymer charge of 57 cm3 and
available with cylinders up to
70 cm3 upon request. |

cam-operated tool block which can accept any number of
low cost tool inserts, machined to any shape that will
fit within the tool block parameters of 175 mm x 40 mm
x 12.7 mm. Larger samples can be produced using the special
large tool block. |
