Compact stirring/heating
block with 15 bore holes for well-defined stirring, energy-conscious
heating to +199 ( C) and exact temperature control in
one step. What is so special here is that the test vessels
in their bore holes are also heated from the side, minimising
the temperature gradient within the liquid.
The stirring/heating block is remotely controlled by the
remote control unit THERMOMODUL 40 ST and is perfectly
suited for applications in combinatorial chemistry, for
biological applications, for quality assurance in chemical
and waste water technology, for viscosity tests and for
testing the solution behaviour of plastic materials. The
block bore holes are designed for 100 ml laboratory flasks
and 150 ml beakers. To protect the operator from heat-related
injury and to maintain a constant block temperature, the
stirring/heating block is equipped with a stand with a
M10 threaded hole for inserting a support rod. The block
surface features a dirt-repellent and largely corrosion-resistant
PTFE coating. |
